Description: Hey Feasters! Today we've got a delicious recipe you can "Pika-chew" on the road to become a Pokemon Champion. Keep your Pokedex full and your bellies more full with the Curry from Pokemon Sword and Shield. INGREDIENTS White rice 6 Japanese spicy sausage 3 garlic cloves 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. butter 1 medium yellow onion, chopped 3 carrots, chopped 1 gala apple, chopped 4 garlic cloves 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. turmeric 1/2 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. coriander 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. cardamom 1/2 tsp. cayenne powder 1/2 tsp. fennel 2 bay leaves 1 tsp. Fresh grated ginger 1/4 cup raspberries 1/4 cup raisins 16 oz. can diced tomatoes 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup apple juice Salt and pepper, to taste INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Cook the sausage for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Transfer to a plate. 2. Using the same pan, reduce the heat to medium, and add the butter, chopped onion, apples, and carrots. Cook for about 3 minutes and then add the garlic, ginger, and curry spices. Stir and allow the spices to mingle with the produce for 6-8 minutes. 3. Add the diced tomatoes, apple juice, raspberries, and raisins. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and let cook for at least 1 hour. 4. Cook the rice in a rice cooker or stove pot. 5. Stir the coconut milk into the curry. Add salt and pepper to taste.
